The name means happy.
The work is about what makes a business grow.
Felic Media Co. is a creative marketing and production partner. We bring strategy, branding, content, campaigns and digital marketing together — and we try to be honest about what that work can and cannot promise.
Felic comes from felix — happy, fortunate, fruitful.
A name is a small promise. Ours points at something simple: the work should lead somewhere good. Not just louder, not just busier — more fruitful.
That idea shapes how we choose projects, how we treat the people we work with and how we judge our own output. Did the work help the business move? Did it make the brand easier to understand? Did it leave the client with something they can keep using?
Hope, growth and happiness are the values underneath that. They are not decorative words on a wall; they are the test we apply when a decision is unclear.
Good work
gets noticed.
Rueben Chauhan — Founder & Art Director
Felic started with a college project and a simple idea: good work gets noticed. A dermatologist and a mentor took a chance on a young designer. Those early opportunities were small and unconventional — and they were enough to plant the seed of an agency.
That beginning still shapes how we work. Trust comes before scale. The underdog often has the clearest reason to make something remarkable. And the most useful wins are usually quieter than the loudest ones.
Rueben still leads the creative work as Founder and Art Director — close to the strategy, the identity and the final production.
Three words we keep coming back to.
Values are only useful if they change a decision. These are the ones we use.
Hope
Marketing should give a business a reason to believe the next stage is possible — and a realistic plan for getting there. We would rather offer an honest path than a dramatic promise.
Growth
Growth is not only revenue. It is a clearer position, a stronger pipeline, a content system that holds, a team that knows what it is doing. We look for the kind of growth that stays.
Happiness
Good work should feel good to be part of. Clients should not dread the update call, and the people making the work should be proud to put their name on it. That is a practical standard, not a sentiment.
We exist to turn the little guy into the next big thing.
To make “generic agency work” an extinct species by being the only authentic space that creates the giants.
To empower growing businesses to become iconic brands with a soul, not just a slogan.
Strategy, creativity and production belong in the same conversation.
Many businesses are sold marketing in pieces: a brand here, a website there, a content agency, a media buyer, a photographer. Each supplier does their part. Nobody owns the whole picture.
We built Felic to work the other way. The strategist knows what the production team can realistically create. The editor knows where the content will be published. The media plan is written with the landing page in mind. That alignment is not a luxury; it is where most of the value is.
This does not mean every client needs everything. It means the capabilities are connected when the brief calls for it, and the scope is honest when it does not.
We ask what the work is for
Before formats, deliverables or posting frequency.
We write the strategy down
So decisions can be reviewed rather than remembered.
We plan production for reuse
One shoot should serve several channels, not one post.
We measure what can be measured
And label what cannot.
One company, distinct disciplines.

Experience is useful. Evidence is better.
Felic has worked across a range of consumer, education, wellness and event projects. That experience shapes how quickly we can read a brief, where we expect problems and what we know tends to work in a category.
It is also easy to inflate. We do not publish client counts, years in business, team size or performance figures unless they can be substantiated and the client is comfortable standing behind them. Where a project is a proposal, it is labelled as one. Where a number is unverified, it stays off the site.
What we can show you now is the thinking, the scope and the standard. As engagements are confirmed and approvals are given, the work section grows with real evidence.
What it is like to work with us.
A partnership is easier when the expectations are visible.
One point of contact
A named lead owns the relationship and the plan. You should not have to chase four people to find out where something is.
A written scope
Deliverables, timelines, fees, taxes, exclusions and approval points are agreed before work starts.
Visible progress
A shared calendar or project view, regular updates and a clear escalation path when something changes.
Honest review
We will tell you when something did not work. A review that only contains good news is not a review.
If this sounds like the kind of partner you want, let's talk.
Tell us what you are building and what you need the marketing to do. We will tell you how we would approach it — and whether we are the right fit.
