Email is still one of the few channels a brand owns. We help businesses use it deliberately — for welcome sequences, enquiries that need nurturing, customer follow-up and useful recurring communication.
A list without a plan is a missed opportunity.
Many businesses collect enquiries and email addresses, then send an occasional promotion when someone remembers. The subscriber hears from the brand rarely and inconsistently, usually only when something is being sold.
We design a small number of useful sequences: what a new enquiry receives, what happens after a quote, how customers are kept informed, and how the newsletter earns its place in the inbox. Scope depends on the platform you already use.
- —Sequences mapped to a real customer journey.
- —Copy that sounds like the brand and respects the reader.
- —Lead capture and routing connected to the sales process.
- —Measurement based on replies, enquiries and conversions.

How we approach it.
The process adapts to the scope, but the discipline is consistent.
Start with the journey
A new enquiry, a quiet lead, a past customer and a newsletter subscriber need different messages. We map who receives what and why.
Keep it small and useful
Two or three well-built sequences are more valuable than a complicated automation nobody maintains.
Respect the inbox
Clear value, honest subject lines, easy unsubscribe and no purchased lists.
Connect to sales
An email that generates a reply should reach a person who can respond. Routing matters as much as the copy.
No proprietary platform claims
We work with the email tool you have or recommend one that fits. We do not pretend to have built a marketing platform.
Consent first
Subscribers are collected with clear permission and can leave easily.
Measure what matters
Opens are a weak signal. Replies, enquiries and pipeline are better ones.

A clear view of who you are selling to, what you should say, where it should appear, and how you will know it is working.
The plan behind the work. Before you brief this.
These are the questions we hear most often about this service.
Ask something elseWhich email platform do you use?
Whichever fits your business and budget — for example Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot or a platform your team already knows. Setup and migration are scoped separately.
Can you write and design the emails?
Yes. Copy, design and build can be included, provided we have access to the platform and the brand assets. Where the template system is locked down, we work within it.
Do you handle the technical automation?
Basic workflows and integrations can be implemented on your existing platform. Complex CRM migrations or custom development may require a specialist, which we will identify before quoting.
Is email marketing part of every retainer?
No. It is included only where the engagement calls for it and the necessary platform access exists. We would rather do it properly for fewer clients than bolt it onto every scope.
