Events By Felic plans and promotes events, and captures them properly — because the photographs, highlights and aftermovie are often what the audience remembers and what next year's promotion relies on.
Coverage is usually planned last and noticed first.
A photographer is booked late, the stage lighting is not considered, the key moment happens in a crowded corner, and the aftermovie arrives three weeks after the conversation has moved on. The event was successful; the record of it is thin.
We plan coverage alongside the event itself: the run of show, the moments that matter, the positions, the crew and the delivery timeline. Where the event also needs promotion, the content plan is built into the same schedule.
- —A coverage plan mapped to the run of show.
- —A crew sized to the venue, not to a template.
- —Content delivered while it is still relevant.
- —One team for planning, promotion and production where useful.

How we approach it.
The process adapts to the scope, but the discipline is consistent.
Brief the event properly
Venue, audience, schedule, key moments, speakers, branding and restrictions. We build the coverage plan from that, not from a generic shot list.
Recce where it matters
For larger or unfamiliar venues, a site check prevents the usual problems: poor light, blocked sightlines, no power, restricted access.
Coordinate the crew
Photographers, videographers, assistants and specialists are briefed on the run of show and their positions. One coordinator owns the plan on the day.
Deliver on a schedule
Same-day or next-day social selects where agreed, edited galleries and the aftermovie on a defined timeline. Files are organised and archived.
Capacity is confirmed, not assumed
Not every service is available for every event or location. Crew, equipment and permissions are confirmed before we commit.
Respect the room
Coverage should not interfere with the guest experience, the ceremony or the speaker.
Plan for the edit
The aftermovie is decided by what is captured. We shoot with the story in mind.
Often works alongside.

One recording. Many pieces of content. Before you brief this.
These are the questions we hear most often about this service.
Ask something elseDo you manage the whole event or only coverage?
Both are possible. Some clients need end-to-end planning and promotion; others have an event team and need production coverage. We confirm the scope, responsibilities and decision rights in writing.
How many crew members will we need?
It depends on the venue, the number of simultaneous moments and the deliverables. A single-stage corporate event and a multi-zone festival require different plans. We propose a crew after reviewing the run of show.
Do you travel for events?
Yes, across India and internationally where logistics, permissions and crew can be arranged. Travel, accommodation and local permits are quoted separately.
When will we receive the photos and film?
A delivery schedule is agreed before the event. Social selects can be prioritised for the following day; full galleries and the aftermovie take longer depending on the edit. We do not promise same-day delivery unless the scope supports it.
Can you cover an event that has already been planned?
Yes. We will review the run of show and venue access, then propose the coverage plan. Early involvement usually produces better results, but late briefs are workable.
Plan the coverage before the day arrives.
Tell us the date, venue, audience and what the event needs to achieve. We will outline a crew and delivery plan.
