Influencer marketing works when the creator's audience, credibility and content style line up with what you are selling. We handle the search, the brief, the coordination and the review — with realistic expectations.
A large audience is not the same as a relevant one.
Brands are often sold reach: a creator with a big following, a promised number of views, a package of posts. But reach without relevance produces impressions that do not translate into interest, and interest that does not translate into sales.
We start with the audience you need to reach and the action you want them to take, then shortlist creators whose content and community genuinely fit. We are candid about what a campaign can and cannot be expected to do.
- —Creator shortlists with a written rationale, not a spreadsheet of handles.
- —Briefs that protect both the brand and the creator's voice.
- —Clear deliverables, usage rights and timelines agreed upfront.
- —Reporting on what was delivered and what could be learned from it.
What the work can include.
The exact deliverables are agreed in the proposal. Not every item is included in every engagement.

How we approach it.
The process adapts to the scope, but the discipline is consistent.
Define the role of the creator
Awareness, trial, credibility and conversion require different creator profiles and different content. We agree the job before the shortlist.
Shortlist for fit
We review content quality, audience signals, engagement behaviour and brand history. Follower count is one input, never the decision.
Brief tightly, allow voice
Creators need clear must-say points and room to sound like themselves. Over-scripted content performs like an advertisement because it is one.
Measure honestly
Reach, saves, comments, click-throughs and enquiries are reported where available. We do not present estimates as results.
No invented numbers
We report what platforms and creators can evidence. Where attribution is unclear, we say so.
Rights in writing
Usage, exclusivity and repurposing are agreed before content is made, not requested afterwards.
Fewer, better collaborations
A small group of well-matched creators usually beats a long list of loose posts.
Often works alongside.

One idea, carried through every touchpoint. Before you brief this.
These are the questions we hear most often about this service.
Ask something elseDo you have a creator network?
We work with a network of creators across categories and markets, and we source additional names for specific briefs. We share a shortlist only when it is relevant to your campaign and we can explain why each creator is included.
How much should we budget?
Creator fees vary widely by audience, format, exclusivity and usage. We plan backwards from the objective and the number of content pieces required, then recommend a realistic range. Media spend, product costs and travel are separate.
Can we use the creator's content in our own ads?
Only where the creator has agreed to that usage in writing, usually for an additional fee and a defined period. We negotiate and document this before the campaign.
How do you measure success?
We agree metrics before the campaign — for example completed deliverables, reach, saves, link clicks, code redemptions or enquiries. Not every campaign can be attributed cleanly; we tell you where the limits are.
Build a creator campaign around relevance.
Tell us who you need to reach and what you want them to do. We will suggest a creator profile and a sensible scope.
