A useful social presence is built on a clear audience, a repeatable content system and a reason for people to keep watching. We plan, produce, publish and review — with the business objective in view.
A full calendar can still say nothing.
Most brands do not struggle to post. They struggle to know what is worth posting, why it matters to the audience, and whether any of it is moving the business. The result is a feed that looks busy and a team that cannot explain what the work is for.
We start with the role social media should play — discovery, credibility, community, consideration or sales — then build the content, cadence and production process that fits. Trends are useful when they serve the brand, not when they replace the strategy.
- —A content system your team can sustain, not a one-month burst.
- —Platform-native creative instead of resized afterthoughts.
- —Clear ownership of planning, production, approval and publishing.
- —Reporting that connects content to meaningful actions.

How we approach it.
The process adapts to the scope, but the discipline is consistent.
Define the job of the channel
Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube do different things for different businesses. We agree what each platform is for before producing a single asset.
Build a content engine
Recurring formats, shoot days and repurposing rules reduce the cost of consistency. We design a system rather than an endless series of one-off briefs.
Produce properly
Reels and photography are made in-house by Felic Studio, so the feed is not limited to what can be captured on a phone between other tasks.
Review and adjust
Monthly reports focus on what changed and what to do next — not a screenshot of reach with no interpretation.
Consistency over virality
One viral post rarely changes a business. A recognisable, steady presence does.
Make it useful
Content should inform, entertain or persuade. Ideally more than one.
Protect the brand
We do not chase a trend at the expense of the position the business is trying to hold.
Often works alongside.
Creative Production
Photography, film, reels and post-production produced with the channel, campaign and brand in mind — not as an isolated shoot.

Creator selection, briefing, coordination and reporting for campaigns where the audience actually matters.
Relevance beats reach.Digital Marketing & Performance Ads
Meta and Google campaigns planned around the offer and the audience, with tracking that makes the reporting worth reading.
Creative, targeting and landing page — together. Before you brief this.
These are the questions we hear most often about this service.
Ask something elseHow many posts do we get each month?
It depends on the platform mix and the production required. A restaurant with weekly shoot access needs a different cadence from a professional services firm publishing thought leadership. We propose a scope based on the objective and your capacity to review, not a fixed package.
Do you handle comments and DMs?
Community management can be included. We agree response guidelines, escalation rules and which enquiries should be routed to your sales team. We do not impersonate the founder or answer clinical, legal or financial questions on your behalf.
Can you work with content we already have?
Yes. Existing photography, footage and founder knowledge are often the best starting material. We audit what is usable, identify gaps, and plan production around them.
Who approves the content?
You do. We work to an agreed approval window and keep a shared calendar so nothing is published without sign-off. Where urgent reactive content is useful, we agree the boundaries in advance.
Make your social presence easier to explain.
Tell us which platforms matter, who you are trying to reach, and what currently feels inconsistent. We will suggest a content system that fits.
