Dr Prerana Singhal
An Ayurveda and wellness practitioner needed a digital presence that could explain complex health topics clearly, build trust with the right audience, and turn attention into a conversation.
Context
Dr Prerana Singhal works in Ayurveda and wellness, a category where credibility is earned through clarity, consistency and evidence — and where misleading claims are both a reputational and a regulatory risk.
The engagement focused on developing a personal brand presence, improving the digital path from content to consultation, and building an audience around the topics the practice could speak to with authority: gut health, skin and pre-diabetic care.
Challenge
Health content competes with a great deal of noise, much of it exaggerated. A specialist needs to be visible without simplifying the subject into claims that cannot be supported.
The existing digital presence also had a conversion gap: attention was arriving, but the route from a post or profile to a meaningful next step was not clearly designed.
Objective
Build a recognisable, credible personal brand presence, grow a relevant audience around defined health topics, and create a clearer path from content to consultation.
- Establish a consistent content strategy and visual presence.
- Explain gut health, skin and pre-diabetic topics accessibly.
- Improve the profile and link journey for people ready to act.
- Create a repeatable content system for the practice.
Strategy
Content was organised around audience questions rather than around promotional messages. Educational posts explained a problem, offered useful context and made the next step clear without diagnosing or promising outcomes.
The conversion path was simplified using a consolidated link destination and a consultation platform. Instead of sending people to several disconnected links, the profile led to a structured set of options.
Creative direction
The visual approach balanced clinical credibility with warmth: clear typography, restrained colour, real explanation over stock imagery. Video was used for explanation and presence; static posts carried definitions, myths and practical guidance.
Language was reviewed to avoid definitive medical claims and to keep the content appropriate for a regulated health category.
Execution
The engagement covered social media strategy, content planning, production support and profile improvements, including a consolidated link destination and integration with a consultation booking platform.
Content pillars were maintained across the strategy phase, with topics rotated so the feed did not repeat the same argument in different words.
Deliverables
Results
Historical audience metrics are not presented as current performance, and no medical or commercial outcomes are claimed on this page.
Where the practitioner approves specific figures and their measurement dates, they can be added with the source and period stated.
Learnings
In health and wellness, specificity builds trust faster than volume. Content that answered one clear question outperformed broad lifestyle posts.
Improving the link journey was as important as increasing reach. A clearer next step made the existing attention more useful.
Keep exploring.
