JPA Toddlers World
A preschool admissions campaign built around a simple idea: give families a reason to visit, and make the visit worth talking about.
Context
JPA Toddlers World is a preschool and early-education brand. Admissions decisions in this category are made by parents and often involve grandparents and family members, which makes trust and reassurance as important as the offer itself.
The work focused on an admissions period and included a Sunday or Fun Day campaign concept designed to bring families into the school environment rather than relying on advertising alone.
Challenge
Preschool marketing has to speak to two audiences at once: the parent making the decision and the child who will experience the day. Communication that is too corporate feels cold; communication that is only playful can undersell the quality of care and learning.
The campaign also needed to create a reason to act during a defined admissions window, in a local market where several schools compete for the same families.
Objective
Support admissions by giving families a low-pressure reason to engage with the school, and extend visibility beyond the immediate neighbourhood through a considered out-of-home concept.
- Create a family-oriented campaign moment.
- Generate admissions enquiries during the campaign period.
- Present the school environment honestly and warmly.
- Explore a digital out-of-home placement aimed at local families.
Strategy
The campaign centred on a Sunday or Fun Day concept: an invitation for families to visit, participate and see the school in use. Content supported the invitation by showing the environment, the activities and the people rather than making abstract claims about quality.
A separate digital out-of-home brief was developed for Elante Mall: a ten-second, sound-off advertisement intended to run across nine screens at approximately three-minute intervals. The brief specified a silent-first creative approach suited to a public, sound-off environment.
Creative direction
Warm, real and uncluttered: children engaged in activity, parents present, and a clear invitation rather than a hard sell. Typography and messaging were kept legible at a distance for the out-of-home format, with the core message readable without audio.
Execution
The engagement included campaign concept development, promotional content and the preparation of the digital out-of-home brief. A reported eight admissions were associated with the campaign period.
This page does not claim that the out-of-home placement was booked or completed. The brief was prepared for the Elante Mall screens; placement status must be confirmed before that element is presented as delivered.
Deliverables
Results
Eight admissions were reported in connection with the campaign period. The figure is not published here as a verified performance claim because the attribution method and approval for public use still need to be confirmed.
If approved, the figure will be shown with the campaign period, the definition used and any other activity running at the same time.
Learnings
In early education, an invitation to experience the school is often more persuasive than an advertisement about the school. The visit does the selling.
Out-of-home creative needs to be designed for its real conditions: silent, brief and viewed at a distance. A social video resized for a screen is not an out-of-home plan.
Keep exploring.
