Event & Institutional Coverage

Events By Felic provides photography, videography and crew coordination for events and institutions. Coverage can include dedicated photographers, gimbal operators, multi-camera video, Insta360 capture, drone coverage where permitted, and edited photographs, raw photo delivery and an aftermovie.

A quotation was prepared for PEC Fest 2026 at Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, for 30 October to 1 November 2026. The event is in the future relative to that quotation. This page describes the proposed production scope and does not claim that the event has been covered or delivered.

A festival has several things happening at once, often across multiple stages and locations. The coverage plan has to decide what cannot be missed, where the cameras should be, how the crew moves between moments, and what can realistically be edited in time to be useful.

The answer is not simply more crew. It is a run-of-show map, clear roles and a delivery plan agreed before the gates open.

The scope for an event of this kind would typically combine dedicated photography, multi-camera video coverage, gimbal operation for movement, and post-production for highlight films and social cutdowns.

Crew size, equipment and delivery timelines are confirmed against the final schedule, venue access and permissions. Drone coverage and 360 capture are included only where operationally and legally possible.
